Kenmore Real Estate

Kenmore is a small city at the north end of Lake Washington. Though it has historically been known as a quiet bedroom community for both the East Side and Seattle, Kenmore has, in recent years, become increasingly affluent, as older farms and small-town elements have become popular among developers and home buyers looking for a quiet place within the greater Seattle metro area. In addition to, and because of, its vast waterfront along the shores of Lake Washington, Kenmore is home to Kenmore Air Harbor, the country’s largest seaplane-only airport. It is also home to Bastyr University, and one of Lake Washington’s largest industrial harbors.
