Maple Valley Real Estate

Maple Valley is a city in Washington and part of King County. The city is majorly a commuter town being only a 37-minute drive from Seattle, albeit there is a rising number of industrial and commercial hubs in the area. The city is split into northern and southern districts, which majorly house its commercial facilities; residential homes, on the other hand, are predominantly in central Maple Valley. Strip Malls, Retailers, and housing developments have given the city a massive facelift.

Maple Valley schooling is provided by the Tahoma School District, and the city features a high school, half a dozen elementary schools, and a couple of middle schools. The city also has a budding tourism industry with the Cedar Trail, Lake Wilderness Lodge, and Lake Wilderness Arboretum amongst the most popular places to visit in the city. At the 2010 census, the city had a population of 22,684 people.

The city is sparsely suburban, and a vast majority of its residents own the homes they live in. Residents of the city are also well educated and diverse in terms of origin. The crime rate is low, and the city ranks as one of the best places to reside in Washington.
